Popularity of female sex-tourism is invariably growing

Female sex-tourism is actively developing. Only to about 600 thousand of women, thirsting of man’s attention, arrive to Caribbean basin countries annually. Ladies prefer to name it more tactfully - “romantic travel”, in fact female sex-tourism strongly differs from man’s tourism and it does not provide visiting bars and sex-show with the purpose to find suitable pair. Women prefer to get acquainted in hotels and even at the airports, where ready to sex-services young men come.
Researchers of phenomenon mark that female sex-tourism is the certain kind of rest and, as a rule, lonely or unfortunate house ladies prefer it. The experts consider that such women simply do not have “real men”. Countries of the Southern Europe and Caribbean basin, Ghana and Kenya in Africa, Bali (Indonesia) and Thailand are the most popular places of female sex-tourism.
“Selling men” (over the usual rate for a night) willingly accept the gifts, which are frequently very expensive as women are more generous then men. Some ladies even offer men to get divorced from wives and marry them.

Authorities of Rome are revolted by scales of drunk tourists

One of these days authorities of Rome have let out the reference to tourists, in which they have addressed to them with the request to moderate drunkenness.  It is also spoken in the document that the Eternal city simply perishes from the unbridled tricks of drunk tourists.
Rome is not a unique place of pilgrimage of tourists, which suffers from their excessive bent for fine. Resorts of Spain and islands of Greece can be also named as “unfortunate” in this respect. The eternal city conducts a double life: in the afternoon it pleases fans of olden time and archeologists, and at night it is exposed to invasion of drunk tourists from the United States and the Great Britain, who strive to get into any ancient construction.
The assistant of Rome’s mayor regrets has added that the similar disrespectful behavior is consequence of “culture of drunkenness”, alien to Italy.
So, for last two months the group of drunk tourists has damaged a   XVII century fountain.
Tourists also disturb the local residents, complaining that historical constructions become bars for “night pilgrims”. On the one hand, Italy needs tourists, as they bring the quite good income to treasury and from another hand - their increasing quantity is in direct ratio to damage that they bring. So, this year it is expected that more than 20 million tourists will visit the country. For example, only for one day about ten flights from the Great Britain arrive to the Roman airport.

How do hotels of the future look? (Part 2)

On the surface:
Can you imagine, where will Lunatic Hotel be situated? You are absolutely right! On a surface of the Moon! Founders of the project - designers Hans-Jurgen Rombaut and Wimberly Allison - hope, that their “child” will be already constructed till 2050. The hotel will look as an inclined narrow tower of 160 meters in height. Founders approve, that 50-centimeters covering of the building will protect visitors of hotel from a nocuous solar energy and meteoric streams.
In the air:
Creation of Galactic Suite hotel is practically finished, and in the nearest future space tourists can take pleasure of comfortable capsular room-numbers right in the space. In total it is planned to construct 22 capsules on the orbit, which will have their own bar, restaurants and cinema.
One more place for residing at the near future in space - Space Station Skywalker. The space station is designed in Las Vegas and it has five hundred millions dollars budget. First building step Genesis and devices for reception of a solar energy has been already started. The case of each module will consist of heavy-duty graphite, a titanic alloy and composite foam. Station is to be opened in 2015. One more interesting detail: already now founders sell unusual service - the space station can be rented for a day, for example, for the next grandiose party in weightlessness. How do hotels of the future look? (Part 1)

Today there are hundred thousand hotels, which offer standard sets of services for all tastes and financial status. But uniqueness of hotels of the future relies not in “extremely high” prices for residing, and not in special design and arrangement. Now it is impossible to surprise with hotel with smart furnish of room-numbers with ocean view and all-inclusive room service. Fans of prime-luxury traveling submit extravagant forms and not trivial sites. Hotels of the future are located not on the ground - they are hidden deep in the ocean, space and soar above mega cities.
On the water:
Project Apeiron of architectural bureau Sibarite is just being in the stage of early development, but a lot of noise has been already done. This island-hotel is planned by a total area of 200.000 square meters. It is supposed, that 350 lux-numbers will be served with helicopters and each tenant will have own yacht. The hotel has received the name from space theories of VI century by Anaximander, who said, that in the ideal world there will be no old age, poverty, illnesses, wars and famine. Private beaches, restaurants, galleries, shops, cinemas and pools will be accessible to visitors of hotel. The price of the “paradise” project requires almost 500 million dollars. Now it is possible to reserve a room-number at the hotel’s official website.
The philosophy of Foldable hotels is simple. The owner chooses a place, coordinates with authorities and in the shortest terms and constructs building in any liked place, on any complex surface, and then - moves to other place. For example, all over again it is possible to establish hotel on island, and then to transfer it to water area of the wide river. Provisional cost of “portable” hotel deviates from 72 up to 150 million dollars.
Hotel Waterworld is only in a stage of development, and bureau Atkin’s Architecture Group has already received the first premium at the International competition of architectural projects in Shanghai. The underwater hotel will be constructed in China. The building will offer 200 room-numbers with approximately 400 beds. Inhabitants of this unusual construction will have an opportunity to sweep on a mini-submarine, to try fresh fish at the local restaurant, which floats behind a window at ocean, and to drive on a water ski on a surface. The building will be constructed in two spheres: one part will be located on the ground and another one - under the water.
One more underwater “masterpiece” - Hydropolis Undersea Resort, is to be constructed in Dubai. The hotel will be for 60 percent under water that will not prevent to enjoy the star sky through transparent roof. The cost of the project is 550 million dollars. One interesting fact is that the hotel will be equipped with air defense system.

Smallest hotels of the world

Wish to lodge in personal hotel and to feel its owner? Or, to have a rest, having retired and having separated from the world? For this purpose there are, at least, three opportunities.
In hotel business the necessity to be allocated among a lump of competitors sometimes gets funny character. For example, in Cambodia the hotel “The One Hotel”, consisting all from one room-number has been recently opened. Its basic advantage relies in the opportunity to feel the unique client. The hotel has also reception hall, the door-keeper and a full set of services, as well as in traditional hotel, but, naturally, some features of hotel are modified: for example suite interior can be easily turned into the restaurant.
But there is no necessity to leave so far for becoming the only client in the hotel.
Other similar hotel is situated in district Eenrum in Holland and refers to Grand Hotel de Kromme Raake.
Hotel Punta Grande on island El Hierro, a part of the Canary archipelago argues with the Dutch hotel for a rank of the smallest hotel in the world. Punta Grande is located in a building of ancient customs and ideally approaches for those people who are looking for absolute solitude. By the way, you will not find neither minibar, nor phone, or TV-set in these room-numbers, - only magnificent views on abrupt coast of a volcanic origin.
