Goa: only five-star hotels have a right for casino
The government of the Indian state of Goa has entitled 5-stars hotels to operate a casino in which playing only automatic devices are allowed.
Though Goa - is one of the most popular tourist directions, infrastructure and the services market, which could keep tourists for long time, are insufficiently developed. Authorities hope, that the casino will help hoteliers with this problem and, as consequence, it will increase inflow of means to treasury.
Originally the license for a casino cost 1 million rupees, except for that it was necessary to pay an annual payment in 40 000 rupees for the main machine and on 30 000 - for additional one. It is allowed to have no more than 20 slot machines at each hotel.
It was already informed, that soon in Goa there will be a casino on water. For them the registration payment for 5 years makes 50 million rupees, except for that they should pay 100 000 rupees for updating of the license every year. The government also receives 200 rupees as an entrance payment for each casino’s visitor.
The casino has been operating in Goa for already some time, but only one year ago the government began to take taxes from them. Since almost 8,5 million rupees has gone to the treasury of Goa.

Finnish scientists have found dependence between region of residing and propensity to a healthy lifestyle
Interesting supervision has been made by experts of National Institute of public health services of Finland: their researches have shown that there is a certain interrelation between a place of residing of the person and the propensity to a healthy lifestyle.
For example, scientists have come to conclusion that big cities inhabitants in a greater degree, than provincials, watch over their health and respond to last tendencies in this sphere. In particular, inhabitants of Helsinki prefer a dietary feed whereas, for example, in the north of the country the healthy diet is considerably less widespread. Local residents prefer to adhere to the diet developed by centuries including high-calorie and thermally processed food and other “regional delicacies”. Naturally, both the quantity suffering excess weight and adiposity in a province is much more usual, than in big cities. On the other hand, in the north people consume less alcohol, than inhabitants of capital watching a diet.
The Finnish doctors with pleasure mark, that obligatory three times a week walks on fresh air became a “banal” thing everywhere. People began to think more about their safety: people use seat belts more often and put on helmets, riding a bicycle. Doctors are worried with female smoking: the quantity of smoking men is steadily reducing and this bad habit is still widespread among women. Optimism is inspired by Helsinki citizens, who also gradually stop smoking: there is a hope, that smoking, becoming more and more provincial habit will gradually come to naught, including by virtue of feature of the female character which is not allowing inhabitants of peripheral areas to lag behind capital fashion.

Tourists will be protected from terrorists
Moscow authorities are taking measures in order to protect tourists not only against hooligans and thieves, but also from terrorists, from representatives of radical youth currents and even from flooding and landslips.
Recently city authorities have approved the concept of safety increase and antiterrorist security.
Capital hotels and their lodgers are threatened theoretically with set of dangers - terrorist, criminal, technogenic and natural - not only “habitual” fires and robberies. It is possible to prove that in opinion of experts, hotels of Moscow need to be preserved also against participants of radical political groups, which can get into a building to scatter from its roof provocative leaflets.
Serious threat is represented with terrorists, who in addition, can spray radioactive substances through ventilation or poison water in a hotel water pipe.
The hotels will be protected from all misfortunes by strengthening protection of buildings and establishing systems of video observation and video recording, the air-gas environment control, explosives detectors, the disturbing signal system and other automatics. And than more briskly the hotel is, the higher the building is, the more rigid measure of protection should be.
In general the quantity of the “protective” equipment depends on set of nuances. The hotels, accepting vip-persons, should be equipped on the maximum class. Hotels, where lodgers “eliminate” to professional, age or other attribute - for example, departmental hotels are considered as not too “dangerous”. And if the solid part of hotel is occupied with offices or it is used not to destination - their owners may save on protection and automatics.
