Astronomical trips

According to The Times newspaper’s research, people, wishing to see a full solar eclipse, which will occur on August, 1st, 2008, have already started to buy the so-called astronomical trips, offered by many western travel agencies.
In spite of the fact that the eclipse will last only for two minutes, travelers are ready to pay from $2000 for a three-day trip to Novosibirsk, the Chinese city Urumqi or to the Mongolian mountains Gurvansaikhan - the best points for the observance of the unique astronomical phenomenon.
Solar eclipse will start in the north of Canada and will pass through Arctic Ocean up to Altai, the western Mongolia and northwest China. During the trip the tourists will be accompanied by the astronomers, who will tell about the nature of an eclipse.
