Airport scanners will read passengers’ thoughts

Ministry of National Safety of the USA tests technology, which can identify potential terrorists and malefactors among airport passengers by means of new type of the scanners, capable to find out “hostile intentions” of tourists.
Unlike the modern technologies, directed on detection of devices, the weapon and explosive, MALINTENT pays attention to intentions of people and analyzes appearance, frequency of pulsation, mimicry and gestures.
Thus, the scanner reads emotions and treats ideas of the passenger. The new scanner aspires to distinguish invisible keys, which can give usually imperceptible to unaided human sight physiological parameters of air passenger, covering criminal intentions. So, it is an original version of lie detector, which will be capable to act at distance.
However, compulsory check of the tourists through the similar detector will contradict some observance of human rights. However, special services of the USA on observance of these rights have for a long time ignored them. The system under name MALINTENT uses set of noninvasive gauges for revealing such factors, as the speeded up breath and the pulse, raised diaphoresis, reduction and expansion of pupils. It also estimates the general look, fine motility, mimicry, language of body in order to define, whether the passenger plans to make an attack or a crime.
The Ministry of National Safety is going to use new technology, developed by department of science and technic, not only at the airports, but also on all boundary check items and at carrying out of special actions, which require prompt examination.
