In Budapest controllers will speak foreign languages

The Budapest transport agency (BKV) and the Budapest tourist service have signed the cooperation agreement and assistance to public transport in service of tourists.

Two companies begin development of the several joint projects aimed at high service of tourists arriving to Budapest. These are, for example, creation of newsletters, under the name “you are here”, which can be found at nine most visited stations of the underground of the Hungarian capital, where sights and offered services in this area will be specified.

BKV controllers will receive information cards in several foreign languages by means of which they will be able to communicate with tourists on their native language, to help them and to inform the important tourist information.
