Rescue phone will save Tourists
The summer on a court yard - is holidays and travel time. Eurocommission has decided to remind once again that those, who have decided to have a rest in the EU, can use uniform emergency telephone number. In all countries of the European Union, except for Bulgaria, it is identical - 112.
Uniform emergency phone has appeared last year, and each European should get used already to it. In the majority of the EU countries under number 112 it is possible to receive the help quickly.
For example, researches have shown operators in Czech Republic, Spain and the Great Britain answer on 97 % of calls on this number within 20 seconds, in the Netherlands and Finland of “extreme” calls of 71 % are accepted to consideration within 10 seconds. In 17 EU countries it is possible to apply for the help in different languages, mainly, in English.
Emergency services in seven European countries can answer calls in languages of the next states. Such experience, in particular, is observed in Bulgaria, Germany, Estonia, Spain, Latvia, Hungary and Slovenia. In some countries there is an opportunity of forwarding calls to other centers, where there is stuff with knowledge of the necessary language.
