New tourist travel card has appeared in Singapore - Singapore Tourist Pass (STP). The travel card exists in one-, two- and three-day variants and allows to go by a municipal transportation for 8 Singapore dollars ($5,5) the day-long. After validity it can also function as discount travel card - “ez-link card”, which reduces the price of each trip. Besides, the passenger can add additional money on it and pay off with it in a number of shops, receiving discounts.
The ticket is on sale in cash departments of some underground stations, information offices of a municipal transportation and the Singapore tourist offices. At purchase the tourist should pay still the deposit in 10 Singapore dollars ($7), which he will receive back if the travel card will hand over within 5 days after its purchase. At the same offices it is possible to take free of charge new transport guidebook across Singapore - Travel with Ease - Public Transport Guide for Tourists. It contains cards, the useful information and instructions.

Singapore Tourist Pass is a good idea to save people from tourist guides who take a lot of money and cheat the tourists. This helps Singapore tourist department to develop.
