Concierges in Air New Zealand’s planes

New Zealand airline Air New Zealand will organize concierge service. Concierges will work both in the airport, and onboard of the plane during flight. Their main task will rely in answering any passengers’ questions - on sights of destination, about the program for often flying passengers, a choice of vines, about service at the airport, exchange and so on, and also in assistance at reserving further tickets. The idea of creation of such service has appeared, when long-distance flights’ stewards have complained, that they do not have enough time to answer all passengers’ questions.
Service will be introduced in April, when Air New Zealand will hire necessary staff. They will serve passengers of all classes. First concierges should appear on flights from Oakland to Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Vancouver and San Francisco. Air New Zealand is the only airline in the world, which offers own round-the-world trip.
