Authorities of the Portuguese city Óbidos, located in 70 kilometers to the north from Lisbon, have declared about carrying out of the Sixth international festival of chocolate since February, 14 till February, 24th, 2008. The program promising to be really exciting- numerous entertainments for adults and children, and also - tasting of various products from chocolate. Besides, within the limits of festival competition in “chocolate” dishes culinary recipes, in which any interested person can take part, will be held. Invitation to festival will become the prize.
According to rules of competition, the main component of a dish should be chocolate. As Podroze.onet.pl. writes, cooking time should not take more than two hours. Each competitor can send some recipes at once. Works on competition will be accepted till December, 15th. The recipe should be translated into English language, it should also have its specific title, and the author should match his name, a surname and contacts. It is possible to send competitive works into organizing committee of festival by e-mail: festivalchocolate@cm-obidos.pt. Names of 10 finalists, who will receive invitations to festival, become known in January, 2008.
