Qatar prepares for using into gas fuel in the aircraft
Qatar has started to study the opportunities of using of natural-gas liquefaction as aviation fuel in the civil aircraft.
In Dubai Qatar Oil Company, companies Shell and Rolls-Royce, European aviaconcern Airbus have signed the agreement on development of the feasibility report on the project of translation of planes from traditional kerosene on “blue fuel” with Qatar passenger airline Al Qataria.
As it has become known, work above the project will be prolonged for some years. Experimental flights of liners with gas refueling will be lead In Qatar.
Al Qataria will become the first-ever aviation carrier using new, friendly nature and cheaper, than a kerosene.
