In Dubai (United Arab Emirates) the new hotel of de luxe class - The Monarch Dubai, being under control of Refad Hotels&Resort, has been opened. The hotel represents a 33-storeyed building and offers 236 room-numbers, suits and apartments, including - one of the most magnificent in city Palace suite, Sky suite and two Presidential suites.
