Last Wednesday company Walt Disney Park and Resorts has declared about its plans on purchase of 8,4 hectares on Hawaiian islands Oahu with the purpose of construction of a multipurpose resort of premium class  for family rest.
The area is located at the western coast of island, in picturesque resort zone Ko Olina Resort and Marina - one of the most visited Honolulu’s areas. The new project becomes the first resort for Disney, as it is not a part of their well-known parks of entertainments. After the end of construction, which is planned for 2011, on island Oahu there will be 800 units of the real estate, including hotel rooms and country houses for Disney Vacation Club members. This resort will give Disney’s clients an opportunity to look on the other hand on this delightful corner of the world together with a brand to which they trust.
